Throwback: “Figure of 8” from Kill II This!

Manchester Industrial Metallers Kill II This let us have their third album “Trinity” back in 2001. The band seemed to be on the rise having supported Megadeth on their “Cryptic Writings” tour in 1997 and gaining critical acclaim from Metal Hammer Magazine for their sophomore album “Deviate”, which appeared a year later. They ended up calling it a day in 2004 but a decade on reformed with a pair of new songs and a tour to Bloodstock in 2016. We’re going to step back to 2001 and their third album “Trinity”. While it features a guest appearance from Burton C. Bell of Fear Factory for a cover of Frankie Goes To Hollywood’s “Two Tribes”, it’s “Figure of 8” that lit the place up for us!

They’ve got a pair of shows in the calendar for this September, the second of which will feature Divine Chaos!
