Philip H. Anselmo may have more music projects on the go than Mike Patton, but variety is the spice of life. Allegedly. In a recent interview, the former Pantera frontman whose has his solo band The Illegals playing sets in tribute to the fallen Abbott brothers of late suggested that Down would return in 2020.
