NEWS: Throne escape the tar pit only to be buried in the lava flow?

You’ve probably heard old wives tales of some idiot who thought he might be able to turn lead into gold? Dusktone Records are trying to convince us that for their next trick “Ossarium” the Throne we know and love have transformed in similar fashion. They’ve submitted “Aten” in evidence and are suggesting that an evolution from Sludge Metal into the realms of feral and malignant sulphureous Black Metal with passages of Funeral Doom and Sludge is on the horizon. A 14th February date is set for that with pre-orders available over at bandcamp.
