NEWS: Orchid’s Curse kill their idols?

Celebrating 18 years together this year, Halifax Nova Scotia Canadian’s Orchid’s Curse will be releasing a new EP titled “The Decay” on 16th June. It continues the bands evolution from the American Metalcore sound of 2003 into Melodic Death Metal while incorporating elements of other genres like Sludge Metal to bind with their intelligent thought provoking lyrics.

The second single is “Dead Idols”, which the band details: “Unlike the opening track, “Better Men”, this song gets right into it from the opening note. It is a four-minute melodic death and thrash-inspired banger. Lyrically this song explores society’s idolizations of people who may not deserve the adoration.”
