In the case of Opensight they’ve taken their critically acclaimed “Mondo Fiction” album, inspired by the world of Grindhouse films and prepared for us “Mondo Fiction: The Director’s Cut”. A new, ultimate version of the record gives us an instrumental version of each and every track, offering a more immersive experience and will appear on 25th August. Speaking about the video the band commented: “Filming ‘The Great Silence’ was a blast! We were able to capture how much we enjoy playing – and also had the chance to get back at our vocalist by re-enacting the torture scene from Reservoir Dogs with him as the victim! Referencing some iconic crime films was perfect for the song. People will also get some ideas of the inner band relationships and other activities we do outside of the musical dimension of the band.”
