NEWS: Sujin feel the chill of winter…

Taking their name from Japanese culture, French Modern Metal outfit Sujin is derived from the word “suijin” and translates as “the people of water”, something which plays into their personal commitment to the preservation and defence of Nature. The five piece who were formerly known as Whisper Night have a debut album waiting in the wings for a 16th February release via Scarlet Records and have unveiled a lyric video for one called “Winter Breeze” as they continue to build the hype. The album itself was produced by HK Krauss at Vamacara Studio (Betraying The Martyrs, Dagoba, Sinsaenum), illustrated by Jon Ojibway (Persefone) and features guest appearances from Justin Bonitz of Tallah and Hungry Lights fame and Atoem. Oh and before you ask, the band themselves define Modern Metal as a blend of Melodic Death Metal, Deathcore, Progressive and Thrash Metal so make of that what you will…
