NEWS: Etxale Apio find their animal side?

Spanish Thrash Metal act Etxale Apio have shared the cover art of their forthcoming album “Furia Animal“, the creation of Ana Bescu, who has collaborated with the band for years. Recorded, mixed and mastered by guitarist Bruno Herrón at Radikal Kaos it will see the cold light of day on 7th March via Art Gates Records. The band comment: “The cover represents Medusa’s revenge. After suffering abuse, she is portrayed in Greek mythology as the one to blame and is consequently punished and decapitated. We believe this is a fitting representation of the themes we explore in our songs, such as social injustices and the impunity of the powerful, as well as our own personal struggles. We wanted to push our sound further and have opted for riffs that are more raw and faster than ever. We’ve aimed for a more aggressive sound, which we think is noticeable from the very first note. We’ve tried to combine sharp guitars, relentless vocals, and crushing drums, and we hope it captivates fans of the genre.”
