NEWS: Distorted Reflection stand at the gates!

Back in August 2022 without much ado about nothing former Sorrows Path guitarist and vocalist Kostas Sal formed Distorted Reflection, a project devoted to his vision of a heavier incarnation of the Doom Metal genre. Tomas Arfert (Candlemass, Krux) created artwork for the bands debut album “Doom Rules Eternally” and was recorded, mixed and mastered at Fragile Studio by Vangelis Yal and released via German label Iron Shield Records on 9th February 2024. Although the band kept a low profile and didn’t play any live shows, do any interviews or attend any signing sessions, the album was very well received and inspired the band to record a sophomore effort in “Doom Zone“. Recorded in the same studio with artwork from the same artist and to be released via the same label, the album also features a guest solo from guitarist Jack Starr (Phantom Lord, Virgin Steele) on opening track “3000 A.D.”. You can get your greasy paws on it come 27th February with “Gates Of Paranoia” the first glimpse of what it will be like.
