NEWS: Novomundo become daywalkers?

A debut album in “The Cursed Cult” from Roman Warriors Novomundo that explores Voodoo culture, its symbols and meanings, interpreted through the lens of contemporary life is on the horizon for a 1st March resurrection from the grave. It comprises no less than fourteen tracks of ferocious raw energy blended with dark ambient passages and has a rotten edge, fusing Death Groove and 2000’s Metal influences and adding a few crust-core elements to taste. The second single from that pays tribute to George A. Romero and “Night of the Living Dead” and is called “Deathless“…

The band comment: “The song is about the idea that if you are remembered, death is not the end! What better way to express ‘life after death’ on an album that deals with Voodoo? ZOMBIES! And what better way to represent zombies than through the Master who created their modern imagery? George A. Romero’s ‘Night of the Living Dead’ has been re-edited and reworked to create a striking, fresh piece as a tribute to the director.”
