NEWS: Asylum Road fear death by a thousand cuts?

Ahead of a show at Bennigans Bar in Derry with Hard To Explain, Stitch and Sanctum, the unhinged melodic carnage of Asylum Road is set to continue with another EP. There is no date, artwork or title for the follow up to “The Fear” but first single “Cut to the Bone” has arrived via Sodeh Records.

The band comment: “Relentless riffs, thunderous rhythm, and vocals that channel both fury and reflection – ‘Cut to the Bone’ is about the grim state of the world – that impending sense of futility we were all feeling, as a global catastrophe unfolds around us, it’s about feeling helpless in the face of war, famine, plague and death, while still holding onto your moral compass and standing up for what’s right.”
