NEWS: Scarab: From Cairo with Death Metal love!

Why have one record when you can have two? Brutal Records have announced that they’ll be distributing a pair from Egyptian Death Metal force Scarab in the not too distant future. The first of those will be EP “Transmutation of Fate“, a record set for 8th May. They’re describing that as a metaphysical journey through destiny, transformation and awakening, delivered through dark, atmospheric and ritual-driven death metal.

Equally interesting for very different reasons, the second is “Blinding the Masses [Reincarnated]”, said to be a brutal reimagining of the bands 2009 debut album – heavier, sharper and reborn for a new generation of extreme metal devotees. That will drop on 31st July like a midsummer murder.
