A collection of stories exploring the perils of existence, the evils of mankind, occult themes, spirituality and the cycles of life, death and creation “Awakened Ancient Spirits” is a debut album from Vithial. Inspired by sound and atmosphere of 90’s Black and Death Metal the work is the solo project of David Dwayne who has set a 5th June date for its arrival. The first of six tracks to make their way online is “Masquerading Deception of Tyranny” which explores the aftermath of exposed corruption; the consequences of deceit and subsequent rewriting of history that entails further falsehoods. Shrouded in shadow, the track delves into the entanglement of power struggles and the construction of inescapable webs of lies. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp
