NEWS: Graveir seek a thief to do their bidding!

It has been six long years since the critically acclaimed “King Of The Silent World” was gifted to us by Australian Black Metal force Graveir and so the masters of all things dissonant and bleak have returned with another chapter to burn you alive. Titled “The Festering Triad“, their third album will be released by Apocalyptic Witchcraft on 29th May with “A Thief in the Heart of Man” the first burnt offering from it. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.

The band comment: “A Thief in the Heart of Man is a bile fuelled polemic spitting disdain at the hollow and divisive rhetoric and shameless grifting of those that seek power and influence for shallow personal gain while sowing division and discord. 

We are distracted through appeals to our own fears, prejudices and vanity via media, social media and the internet and like narcissus and his reflection we remain entranced, looking into this deceptive vision ignorant to our own decline.  

The denoument of the song points to the trajectory of history where this pattern ends in these prophets of falsehood being dragged through the streets in fisgrace and ruin. Whether to the guillotine or the gallows it matters not – the cycle is inevitable.”
