Following the passing of founding member and drummer Esa Moilanen Finnish Melancholic Metal act Lyijykomppania came to an end in 2022 however all was not lost. Taking the name KantalaSyndrooma a band was formed to continue the legacy of Lyijykomppania and Moilanen, not as a tribute but following their own path and writing new music
