We’re at the New Cross Inn for the second incarnation of Upsurge Festival! After a few days or rain, today is glorious sunshine and it’s hot inside the venue. There have been a number of pull outs in the lead up to the festival, most notably with Inhuman Nature being absent and no reasoning offered
Hailing from Utrecht Netherlands, Serve have followed up their debut single “Fester” with one named after the band. Having made their live debut on 19th April alongside No Turing Back, Jesus Piece and Hawser, the future of this Metallic Hardcore influenced Nu-Hate band look bright. In a dark way.
Last August we had the pleasure of witnessing the debut of Upsurge Festival at the New Cross Inn in London. This year the event is back and across the weekend of 16th – 18th August! The first wave of bands has been announced with some impressive names already, not least our friends in Road Mutant!
