NEWS: Arsames get 15 years for performing Death Metal?!

It seems that you can’t be in a Death Metal band that write on lyrical themes of Persian history without getting sent to prison by the Iranian government. They’ve sentenced Arsames to 15 years a piece and forced the band to flee their country in order to escape persecution under the governments strict laws on blasphemy. Not that any of their material is actually blasphemous. But if someone in power in Iran doesn’t like what you’re doing, it seems they can find a way to shut you down.
