Word association is such a strange thing. When hearing the word “Whirl“, some thing of the Verb: “move or cause to move rapidly round and round” and some the Noun: “a specified kind of sweet or biscuit with a spiral shape” while others thing “Tilt and Whirl” by Kissing Candice or a Nestlé Walnut Whip. None of which has got anything to do with the mystery that shrouds American Nu-Deathcore provocateurs Rotnest, who have let a mysterious figure offer a drum playthrough for the cut which appears on their April released EP “Torture Portrait“.
