NEWS: Ignited expose the “Cradle of the Wicked”!

Stockholm-based heavy metal operators Ignited have shared a lyric video for “Cradle of the Wicked” the title track of their 27th October dropping new album. It’s the third preview in all behind “Bloody Satisfied” and “Uncontrollable” from the ten track affair recorded, produced, engineered, mixed and mastered by Fredrik Nordström (Nightrage, Obscura, Architects) and a look at the darker side of the human condition…

Guitarist Dalton Castro details the concept behind the single: “This song delves into the human capacity to embrace their worst selves online, in a space where digital impulses and anonymity are intertwined, revealing the darkest facets of human behaviour in today’s world. Like distorting history and facts, fostering a culture of general denial, and utilizing humiliation as a tool for self-empowerment, particularly against those who share genuine knowledge. The title serves as an inspiration for individuals with such behaviour, who appear to be multiplying every day, becoming increasingly psychologically violent and beastly just for their own pleasure.”
