Stockholm Sweden based multinational band Ignited have chosen “Uncontrollable” as the second single from their Fredrik Nordström (Nightrage, Obscura, Architects) recorded, produced, engineered, mixed and mastered album “Cradle of the Wicked“. “The inspiration of these lyrics reflects on optimistic visions of the future disrupted by unpredictable changes. It suggests that overconfidence can lead to deception and complacency. External forces, symbolized by dices being rolled, result in a loss of direction and a feeling of leading from emptiness. The lyrics explore the trade-off between desires and sacrifices, warning against losing oneself in pursuit of wishes.

Despite setbacks, the lyrics emphasize the potential for renewed determination. It acknowledges the power of hopeful words but also warn of their limitations.
