NEWS: Lower 13 blame themselves…

Directed, shot and edited by Michelle Burlingame the first single “The One to Blame” from “Deception” from Parma Ohio Progressive Thrash trio Lower 13 has surfaced from the black lagoon. Set to arrive on 10th November in follow up to their 2021 Pure Steel Records releases album “Embrace The Unknown”, the record is said to comprise five new tracks but be warned, some scenes in this video contain flashing strobe lights.
