NEWS: Strychnos declare war!

A second assault on the senses from “Armageddon Patronage” by Copenhagen purveyors of ‘accursed death’ Strychnos has surfaced in the title track as the band look to follow up 2022’s critically acclaimed debut “A Mother’s Curse” in uncompromising fashion. Featuring a guest appearance by Michael Poulsen (Volbeat, Dominus) on “Endless Void Dimension” the album was recorded and mixed by Lasse Ballade at Ballade Studios, and mastered by none other than Necromorbus’ infamous Tore Stjerna. The date? 17th May via Dark Descent Records with pre-orders available over at bandcamp.

Bassist and vocalist Martin Leth Andersen comments: “This release will showcase a natural continuation of what A Mother’s Curse began. The band seeks to refine and push further key elements from the debut – in ways of both aggressiveness and the more atmospheric parts. This follow-up also showcases an array of new details like alternative instrumentation, vocal variations, intros, outros, and a couple of noticeable guest appearances.”
