NEWS: Verminthrone! Swarms! Hammer! 2025!

Dubbed “A Swarm of Vermin and Hammers Winter Tour 2025“, Milton Keynes Sludgecore heavyweights Verminthrone have announced a run of four shows with Newcastle Hardcore Slammers Swarms and Edinburgh based Extreme Metal merchants Hammer in tow. They will take place around the bands appearance at Red Crust Festival’s Winter Warmer event with all three preparing to start the new year off in style…

For those not in the know Verminthrone began the year unleashing their debut album “The Cull“, packing out their hometown release show at the Craufurd Arms before taking their work on the road, ending the year with a perfectly matched support slot for giants EYEHATEGOD and Goatwhore. Maintaining the momentum they created playing the New Blood stage at Bloodstock in 2023, Swarms have been overwhelmed with the positive reception to their recently EP “Coaldust” and support slots with Kraanium and Street Solider. They’re hard at work on their follow up EP and making plans for 2025. Last but by no means least, Hammer have honed their craft in bringing more aggression to their sound, debuting new vocalist Jim on singles “From Beyond” and “Accelerator“. Having hit the New Blood stage at Bloodstock this year while supporting Brujeria and Meth, they are currently preparing new music for 2025.
