How many projects does it take to satisfy the desire for creation amongst prolific musicians? Uniting members of Cryptic Gallbladder Splatter, Bedlam of Cacophony, Teeth and Wax People (to name but a few) a new psycosmic Deathgrind band has been unleashed in Nefas. Technical, Dissonant and Mathematical soundscapes are said to be part of their sonic cocktail of malicious intent with debut EP “Oblation ov Obliteration” said to be an offering composed things you know and love in an unfamiliar setting. Churning Death Metal inspired riffs laced with groove are one thing, enough monstrous howls, shrieks and yells to fuel a low budget horror movie are another. 27th June is when the EP materialises, the first taste is “Spiral Degradation“.
