NEWS: Trudger announce their return this summer!

Back in April 2015 Barnsley, Yorkshire based Sludge soaked Death Metal act Trudger appeared to play their final show, opening for Primitive Man and Sea Bastard in Manchester. That was something achieved with the strength of their debut 2014 album “Dormiveglia“, the bands raucous hardcore energy and hard edged progressive sound separating them from the pack. In a curious turn of events the band have announced their return, inking a deal with Floodlit Recordings (Pijn, Still) for the 29th August grand unveiling of sophomore album “Void Quest“. Recorded and mixed by Joe Clayton (Conjurer, Dawn Walker, Ithaca) at No Studio and mastered by Brad Boatright (Kylesa, Vastum, Obituary) at Audiosiege, it has been preceded by not one but two cuts in “God Rest” and “Tethered System“. The band comment simply: “We’ve all had our own individual creative outlets over the years, but coming back together to create this album feels like it was the best decision we could have made.”
