NEWS: Ruled By Raptors awake from slumber?

It seems that Post-Hardcore quartet Ruled By Raptors have taken a heavier, more emotionally charged direction with their next album “A Shadow That Never Moves” if first single “Sleep Dep.” is anything to go by. Building on the foundations of their trademark high-octane riffs and melodic vocals with progressive elements, the group who have of course survived both Bloodstock and Slam Dunk Festivals in the past, have set a 2nd October date for the grand unveiling.

Vocalist and guitarist Chris Bradley: “We planned to quickly follow Silent Sound, but it expanded to eight songs when we recorded with Sam Cook in December 2023. Delays, including family illness, meant we paused before returning with Matt [Dewar, vocalist and guitarist] mixing and Bob Cooper mastering. We pushed the sound further in every direction, aiming to stay true to ourselves without limiting where we can go.”
