NEWS: Recollection share “Intrusive Thoughts” music video!

Uniting members of Rude Awakening, Hammer Bros, Skinhead, Criminal Instinct, Life’s End, Hard Ca$h and Stab, who have traded in their aggression for vulnerability in Recollection. Formed as a coping mechanism for grief after the loss of a friend, the band debuted in 2025 with the striking EP “Vivid Dreams” and are set to return with EP “Intrusive Thoughts” 28th August via DAZE. Produced and mixed by Taylor Young (Nails, Kruelty, God’s Hate) at The Pit Recording Studio with additional tracking by Eric Sauter at Black Heart Sound, it sees the band joined by Cherish Hynes on the title track.

Cherish Hynes: “‘Intrusive Thoughts’ is about being in a relationship and not being able to avoid self sabotage. Once you have a thought in your head it’s next to impossible to get it out. Leading to obsessive over thinking to the point of effecting sleep patterns and every day life. All of this fault inevitably falling back on oneself.”
