NEWS: The Cartographer are out for blood!

…with a title inspired by the departure of founding member James Harrison, a debut album from Derby based Deathcore powerhouse The Cartographer dubbed “The Collapse of a Bitter End” is set for an 18th September grand entrance. Build upon the foundation of a decade of destruction and a fistful of EPs, it’s been preceded by a music video for opening cut “Blood“. In the past the five piece have used their sonic abrasions of vent their frustrations at the state of world address and with a flair for creating dense brooding atmospherics and unhinged vocal tirades, we’re expecting this one to be a chemical burn.

The band comment: “this track is about someone who feels falsely accused or manipulated, snapping into anger and fantasising about taking power back and destroying the other person emotionally”.
