NEWS: Bent by Sorrow hate the grind…

In a world that never stops, let alone sleeps, a fifth studio album from Athens Greece based Alternative Groove Metal band Bent By Sorrow is said to be on the way, hot on the heels of May 2025’s “Sakura” which saw the cold light of day via Brutal Records. Mixed and mastered by George Nerantzis (Abbath, The Silent Rage, Rotting Christ) the new album is said to be titled “Undisputed Love” with the first single “s***show”.

The band comment: ““ShitShow” is about the grind. The bills, the noise, the setbacks, the nights you want to quit — and doing it anyway, because we love this too much to stop. On one side, the ceaseless struggle and toil for survival. On the other, the undeniable love and passion we have for what we do. That tension is the whole record. We are still alive and unstoppable.”
