NEWS: Jigokü warn of debut album…

Featuring guest vocals from József Nagy of Wires alongside electronic textures and sampling from Peti Farkas of Eagle Has Landed and dOTS fame  “Inev2” marks the latest burnt offering from Szeged based Industrial Death Metal band Jigokü. It’s said to be a third single from an upcoming debut album “A.B.E.” which is set for release later this year. The accompanying music video was directed and edited by the band’s long-time collaborator Borisz Takács (B42 – DIY, EndRE).

The band comment: “The song represents another stage of a recurring motif throughout the album: no matter how much people try to isolate themselves — by choice or by force — sooner or later there comes a point when they can no longer truly hear one another. We may be looking at the same thing, just from different perspectives. Over time, the noise of the outside world seeps through the walls of the “box,” making it impossible to ignore that something is there — regardless of what we previously believed. This track marks one of the emotional peaks of the album’s overarching sense of confinement.”
