NEWS: Cardinals Folly announce “Let The Posers Fall!”!
Including footage from New York Ripper (1982, directed by Lucio Fulci), Maniac (1980, directed by William Lustig), and Inferno (1980, directed by Dario Argento) a music video directed by Annick Giroux for “New York Ripper” by Cardinals Folly premiered last month. It turns out that it’s the first from a seventh studio album by the Finnish Doomed Heavy Metal act who have taken a more riff driven approach with “Let the Posers Fall!“. Inspired by serial killers, the cosmic horror literature of H.P. Lovecraft and vintage cult horror/exploitation cinema, the record is set for a 9th October grand unveiling via Cruz Del Sur Music.
The band comment: “In a world where trends come and go and authenticity is drowning in depravity, Cardinals Folly still rides the cultist highway, declaring the downfall of posers until the end. The Stallions Are Burning!”
