NEWS: Barren become depraved?

It may not have a release date or cover artwork but a new album titled “Verderf” (or “Destruction“) is waiting in the wings from Belgian Chainsaw Grind outfit Barren. Evidence of it’s existence comes in the form of a music video for “Depraved” and while they have only been around for six years they have already reached Germany’s Deathfeast Open Air, the United Kingdom’s Grind After Death and the iconic Obscene Extreme in Czech Republic.

Matías Dupont comments on “Depraved“: “The song is about humanity’s inevitable collapse, portraying a world where depravity has become the natural state of man. People are incapable of escaping the corruption that defines them. With each generation embracing the hell of its own creation.”
