NEWS: Victoria Lies need to admit to liking sugar in their tea?

Crafted as a duet by vocalist Brett Hetherington with guest vocals from Ari Grey used to heighten the emotional tension and expand their sonic palette, third single “Truth and Sugar” from Calgary Cinematic Metalcore force Victoria Lies is arguably their boldest yet. The bands debut album “Vendetta” is due out on 30th October via Black Cat Records with a dark, evolving universe at the heart of the record revolving around central character Victoria.

Vocalist Brett Hetherington: “I really enjoyed writing the lyrics to this song; it was a new challenge for me as I had never written a song that had two lead singers before… This song follows our current‑day Victoria now that she has some experience and confidence. She is far from finished”
