NEWS: i Helvete hear a pin drop…

French Horn. Violin. Saxophone. Accordion. These are some of the instruments which grace the third album “Halla” by Finnish Melodic Blackened Death Metal band i Helvete. From that the band have shared “Hiljaisuuteen” (or “Into Silence“) as a second single with the album, adorned artwork by Orsolya Pintér (Thy Catafalque) and mixed and mastered by Jari  Prinkkilä (Segmentia, Goathemy, Calenture), set for a 6th November release. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.

Vocalist guitarist Aleksi Mäkelä: “Hiljaisuuteen had one of the longest composition processes. The opening sections were finished for a very long time, but completing the song proved difficult. Eventually a flamenco-inspired riff on acoustic guitar – played at the kitchen table, opened the path to finishing the song. With the saxophones and the closing solo the track ended up becoming one of my personal favorites of everything we’ve done so far”
