NEWS: Pythonic love The Offspring?

As any arsonist will tell you, sometimes it takes more than a few sparks to ignite the fuel and get a fire started. In the case of Saskatoon Canada based Pythonic it took five years to get a first single out in 2020’s “Negative Thoughts” and another four to piece together a debut EP. That is the cunningly titled “1” which will drop on 27th September and sees first single “Epica” followed out of hell’s gate by “Love H8“, a tune about how in relationships if one person isn’t healed properly they can project their problems onto the other, written in pure unadult Thrash.

The band comment: “This song originated from Vincent and is one of the only songs to showcase him playing leads. Part of what makes this song special is it had some producing help from longtime friend and drummer on the EP Jordan Gall. Jordan came up with the idea for the leads over the chorus riffs while in the studio with Vincent. Drummers got riffs too, who knew.”
