NEWS: Derev enter zero space!

It may be a little while off but a second single from “Troubled Mind” by Canadian Progressive Metal act Derev has surfaced in “Cyclone“. The album is due for a 26th March appearance in follow up to debut EP “Leap Of Faith” with the bands signature blend of technical prowess, emotional depth and intricate instrumentation once again on display. Curiously, having recorded vocals on the album Adel Saflou has stepped away from the project with Mike Symons currently performing live with the group.

The band comment: “Building on the narrative, this song revolves around the negative thoughts that plague our minds, constantly reminding us of our perceived unworthiness and shortcomings. This mental state, “Imposter Syndrome” makes us doubt our skills and successes, leaving us feeling unworthy, ashamed, and fearful of being exposed.”
