NEWS: Etxale Apio unveil music video for title track of new album “Furia Animal“!

Encouraging us not to be trapped by conformism, but to challenge the structures of a society that oppresses individual freedom, Metalcore act band Etxale Apio have shared the title track of their upcoming album “Furia Animal“. That will see the cold light of day on 7th March via Art Gates Records, adorned by cover artwork from Ana Bescu, who has collaborated with the band for years. Recorded, mixed and mastered by guitarist Bruno Herrón at Radikal Kaos the single is the second one out of the gate after “El Club de la Lucha”, a track which addresses the difficulties and adversities faced by the working class in an increasingly unequal and superficial world…

The band comment: “The cover represents Medusa’s revenge. After suffering abuse, she is portrayed in Greek mythology as the one to blame and is consequently punished and decapitated. We believe this is a fitting representation of the themes we explore in our songs, such as social injustices and the impunity of the powerful, as well as our own personal struggles. We wanted to push our sound further and have opted for riffs that are more raw and faster than ever. We’ve aimed for a more aggressive sound, which we think is noticeable from the very first note. We’ve tried to combine sharp guitars, relentless vocals, and crushing drums, and we hope it captivates fans of the genre.”
