NEWS: Continents return with “Corrupted”!

Believe it or not it was late 2023 when South Wales Metalcore quartet Continents returned with EP “Lifeline“, a record that explored themes of mental health, social anxiety and personal trauma as vocalist Phil Cross bared his soul. Joined by Cherry Duesbury of Defences fame, the outfit who made their name with “Pegasus, Pegasus” in 2013, put that message in a bottle and cathartically launch it into the sea with new single “Corrupted“. An anthemic chorus and powerful riffs help to put a spotlight on the lyrical narrative that calls out those who would manipulate us for their gain while also boding well for upcoming live shows.

Phil Cross comments: “We hope that the song gives people the strength to realise they’re not alone and that they have the power to reclaim control. Our goal is to continue using our platform to address deeply personal and relevant issues, offering listeners a voice and support through their struggles, while also being open about our own challenges. We remain committed to spreading the message of Ask, Listen, Talk!”
