NEWS: 217 unpause the video?

Their flame may have almost been snuffed out by the great plague years but in June 2024, a new line up of Italian Hardcore band 217 began to write a debut full length album. Feeling refreshed and rejuvenated with a wider sphere of influences and inspirations to draw upon, while their 2019 debut EP “Atheist Agnostic Rationalist” was the combination of Hardcore and Thrash, “In Your Gaze” is an altogether different beast. Recorded, mixed and mastered by Leandro Ferraiulo at Till Deaf Studios as recently as April and May 2025, the band are describing it has at times having a  dreamlike musical and lyrical identity with elements of mid 90’s Math Rock, Hardcore and Alternative Dark Rock added to the mix.
