Chelsea Grin drummer Pablo Viveros performs “Hostage” at the Vans Warped Tour in Pomona, CA. 13th July will see the re-tooled Deathcore heavyweights Chelsea Grin (Guitarist Jacob Harmond & Frontman Alex Koehler out, Tom Barber from Lorna Shore) release new album “Eternal Nightmare” via Rise Records. Not only has new single “Hostage” appeared sans music video but also the announcement of a run of UK/EU dates in September with Oceano, Kublai Khan and Enterprise Earth.
Volumes, Crown The Empire & Coldrain have announced a European run in September & October with 11 (yes, Eleven!) UK dates at the start of the tour. Seeing as Volumes are the heavier band of the trio, it should see Crown The Empire upping their game following the disappointment of their most recent offering “Retrograde”.
The Devil Wears Prada have released a cover of Julien Baker‘s “Sour Breath” via Rise Records. Pre-orders for an allegedly very limited 7″ vinyl edition are also available here. To say it’s an unlikely choice of cover seems obvious…
