Documentary: Pre-Production of EP #3 with Cold Snap!

Croatian six-piece Metal wrecking ball Cold Snap may have been writing music together since 2010 but three full length records over the past decade and they still stick to their principles. Their last outing was a doubt A side 7″ vinyl with “Black Diamond” and “Serenity” gracing it and it seems that they are back in the studio once more…

The band comment: “Before we enter the studio and record new songs we like to do a bit of pre-production. When we write songs first we demo the structure, then we polish them by adding drums, samples, trying out different song arrangements. After that we always play different version on our band practice and finally record another pre-production demo with the final version of the songs. That gives us a way to test how the songs ‘feel’ in live setting and if it has replayability quality as a studio recording. This is what it feels like to be a part of Cold Snap.
