NEWS: My Hollow prepare to fight with Speed!

Ahead of the release of their new EP “Fighting The Monsters” on 8th April, Canadians My Hollow have added to the puppet music video for first single “Vultures” with an animated affair for the title track, one which features a guest vocal appearance from none other than Bjorn “Speed” Strid from Gothenburg Melodic Death Metallers Soilwork. For those unfamiliar, My Hollow have been cutting their own path through the urban jungle since 2013 with debut EP “Cold Dark Days” followed by debut album “On Borrowed Time” in 2015, sharing stages with everyone from The Agonist to Beyond Creation.

The band explain: “We are honoured to have Bjorn Strid feature on one of our tunes, and he honestly completes the song. It was always one of our favourites for the new record, but it was missing that one extra piece. We dabbled with a few different ideas for the chorus before being in contact with Bjorn. With Soilwork being one of the universal influences between all the members, the decision was a no-brainer. We sent him the tune with the lyrics and told him to go nuts with it. When he came back to us with the sample, we were all floored!”
