NEWS: BROJOB get wild with “Recidivism”!

Originating as a comedy Deathcore band BROJOB have an rich history of creating controversy in the same way that bands like Party Deathcore merchants Atilla have done while not being afraid to take a few left turns and violent plot twists in their stride. After all, back in 2018 they released an EP called “Sleep It Away” that deals with serious topics like depression and anxiety. On the evidence of new single “Recidivism” which features a guest appearance from Dan Tucker of And Hell Followed With and Crown Magnetar fame, their next EP “Jester” will see another hand break turn with dark Nu-Metal and themes that reflect on the adverse consequences of being in a parody band. The record drops on 17th June with pre-orders are available here.

With regards to the new track, BROJOB states: “Recidivism in a literal sense is about how people who end up in prison are usually victim to a system that encourages behavior to end up there, and when you’re finally out, have a likelihood to reoffend. In a contextual sense to the EP, it’s a cry for help to be let out of the mental prison you shackle yourself into as an artist, tying back to how you feel you can’t expressly be yourself for commercial success.
