NEWS: Candlemass announce “Sweet Evil Sun” with “Scandinavian Gods”!

Reunited with original vocalist Johan Langquist alongside founding member Leif Edling, Swedish Doom Metal Godfathers Candlemass have found their way back to their roots and are set to unveil “Sweet Evil Sun” on 18th  November via Napalm Records. The new album has had an 18 month gestational period and finds Jennie-Ann Smith of Avatarium making a guest vocal appearance on “When Death Sighs” while being produced by Marcus Jidell (The Doomsday Kingdom, Evergrey) and recorded at NOX studio in Stockholm, Sweden. As if that wasn’t enough, the artwork was illustrated with the skilled hand of Erik Rovanperä, the architect behind the bands visual style since 2012’s “Psalms for the Dead“.
