NEWS: Gorotica stand At The Gates Of The Necropolis?

A cannibalistic deathgrind cult from the backwoods of Sydney? That can only be Gorotica, a trio who have released their first single ‘At The Gates Of The Necropolis’ from their upcoming debut studio album ‘Morbid Menagerie’, due for release on 28th October. A 22 track 39 minute affair envisaged by  mastermind and frontman Jon Von Cannibale as an ode to death, decay and cannibalism, the album is said to blend Death Metal, Grindcore and Hardcore into one homogeneous mass.

The first single offers a flavour of the album with its opening cut with a glance to the Swedish Death Metal scene that influenced it and preparing the would be listener for the buzzsaw guitars and tongue in cheek horror that awaits. Those all important pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.
