NEWS: Goatburner fear the reaper?

Formed in 2017 by guitarist Keijo “Kaos” Niinimaa (Rotten Sound, Morbid Evils, Age Of Woe) and drummer Jaakko “Spider” Forsman (Ratface, Skulmagot) in order to create a sound they describe as Power Violence fuelled Sludge Death Thrash, Goatburner are the something wicked which walks this way. Helsinki Finland scene veterans with influences in Old School Death Metal from the likes of Bolt Thrower, Entombed and Carcass, they have prepared “Fatal” for your listening pleasure. Written in rehearsal session between 2019 and 2022, the album was recorded and mixed by Kaos at Chaotic Doom Cave studios from May 2022 to November 2022 and Mastered by Scott Hull at Visceral Sound Studios in early 2023 with single “Revolving Reaper” offering a sample.
