NEWS: Persefone announce “Lingua Ignota: Part I”!

The first release with the their new vocalist Daniel Rodríguez Flys finds Italians Persefone premier single “One Word” while announcing an EP for 2nd February 2024 via Napalm Records. Though they are playing their tarot cards close to their chests, it very much looks as though the band have taken an album worth of material and split it in half for “Lingua Ignota: Part I“. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.

The band comment: “”One Word” embodies all that “Lingua Ignota” is meant to be both music and lyric wise. With a much more organic and band oriented approach on the writing for this new release, “One Word” was the first step towards the sound we were trying to define with the new music. A sound where every instrument, word, note, hit, had its place avoiding meaningless passages or transitions. Every sound working to help the next one, and all of them being held together by something bigger.”
