Playthrough: “Silent Waters pt.II” from Karpathian Relict!

Six years after they rebranded Orthodox as Karpathian Relict in 2017 the Polish Progressive Technical Death Metal act unleashed their third album “Never Be After” completed with a guest appearance from Eliza Kuźnik on opening cut “The Moth“. That was back in September with the album adorned by artwork from Michał “Xaay” Loranc (God Dethroned, Kamelot, Nile) and so what better time than now to share a timely reminder of just how good it is? For the purpose the band have offered up a guitar playthrough of “Silent Waters pt. II“, produced, recorded and edited by Mateusz Baczek…

The band comment: “The album contains “our” combination of technical death metal and progressive music. In a few places there will also be instrumental interludes on instruments rarely found in extreme music. The new album is a reflection of what we like to listen to ourselves, and since each of us has completely different tastes, we tried to combine them in some way. We hope that the new album will provide you with a lot of fun discovering what is recorded on it and make them want to come back to it again and again, and each time it will be a new experience in communing with our music.”
