NEWS: Stormborn raise the black flag!

Inspired by The Liveship Traders, a trilogy of fantasy novels by American author Robin Hobb, a song about a ship possessed by the soul of a dragon has been unveiled in music video form by Stormborn. Featuring a guest solo from former guitarist Dan Smith, “Serpentine” is another from their 26th April via Rockshots Records releasing sophomore album “Zenith“ which places them somewhere between Traditional and Power flavours of Heavy Metal.

The band comment: “While we appreciate heavy and technical elements in music. The album itself was really honed and manicured to be listened to back to back, and intended for the listener to settle down with a pair of good headphones or speakers and get lost in that experience. There’s a lot of intricacy in the composition and mixing that is really only there to emphasize that experience.”
