NEWS: Torturer fan the flames…

Seven years after they gave us “The Flames Of Purification“, last month South American Death Thrash legends Torturer are announced that they are preparing album “The Flames Of Purification – Burning Cross” for a July release via Australis Records in Chile. A re-recording of their 2003 album “The Flames Of Purification” in its entirety with other to be confirmed rarities, the first single is ‘Bestia Omnipotente’ with the band currently working with the band on their new LP, tentatively scheduled for release in late 2025.

As if that wasn’t enough to get excited about, after a year in the hot seat including an appearance at Arica Forever Metal Festival in Chile last year, Chris Oros has now been confirmed as the bands new drummer. If you’re yet to witness his prowess, the band have shared a playthrough for ‘Evil Confession’ originally featured on the band’s classic EP Demo ’91.
