NEWS: Metsän Alttari go back to the primitive…

A self titled debut album from Metsän Alttari (or “Altar of the forest“) has been announced for 28th November via Inverse Records. Blending Folk and Black Metal the one man project is the work of multi instrumentalist and vocalist Janeski, driven by cold whispering winds, burning big emotions and ancient mythology. “Rautaa, tulta ja jäätä” (or “Iron, fire and ice“) is the first taste of what that sounds like…

Janeski comments: “Sometimes the anger burns inside you and tries to take over, but the faith for a better day is still there. Find your inner peace, keep your eyes on the future and defeat the war inside of you.”
